The Jungle Express- Summer Catchup Edition

Wow! It has certainly been a busy time in the Jungle. We have lots of exciting new things to share with you and we cant wait for you to hear all about it. As the Summer Holidays begin we would like to say a huge well done to all those who have completed their SATS, GCSEs or A Levels. We would like to say an extra special well done to all of our amazing team members who continued to turn up and wow us everyday all whilst revising for those very important exams. We would also like to take this time to remind everyone as results day approaches quickly, that no matter what it says on that paper, it does not define you as a person or your hard working attitude. You tried your best and thats all anyone can ask of you!

We have listened to your feedback and are delighted to have launched our new and improved menu. There are plenty of your family favourites still on there however we now have a greater variety of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options for you to enjoy. Make sure to check out our new specials board bringing you different fillings every two weeks. To name a few of our teams favourites; firecracker chicken, Vegan Salsa Deluxe, Meatball Melt, Houmous and Roasted Vegetable and so much more. We also have a brand new variety of snacks within our Congo Coffee House for you to enjoy.

We have a number of events over the summer holidays to keep you and your little one entertained. Join us on Friday 31st July for our Adopt a Pet event, 5th August for our Make Your Own Squishy event and also on 11th August you can enjoy our Kawaii Krafts. We also have the wonderful Baby Ballet Colchester, Magenta Moon Art along with Glow Bambino hosting sessions with us throughout the summer.

Many of you may know our absolutely awesome Director Abi was nominated for the " Most Loved Business Manager/ Activity Leader - East Of England" in the National Children's Activity Awards 2026. Voting has now closed and we would like to thank you all for your support throughout the voting stage. Finalists will be announced on 9th September where we will hopefully have some good news to share with you all.
