We chose Jungle Adventure for my sons birthday party, and what a good decision it was! From the moment we arrived all of the staff were so friendly, and Phoebe our party host was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble, and she even offered to help us carry stuff out to the car at the end of the party! I would thoroughly recommend Jungle Adventure as a party venue. All of the fun and none of the stress!

Extremely grateful for the local school free pass over Christmas which we used today. We had lunch too which was incredibly good as always, great quality and good portion sizes. The £6.95 unlimited coffee voucher & squash jug is brilliant too. Staff always friendly and accommodating. The chilli beef nachos were fantastic!Have been coming here for years and will really miss it when mine are finally too old!

Had a party here for my daughter today. Chose it because it had a great deal but also because of all the soft plays in Colchester this is definitely the cleanest! Coffee is decent and food is good! Prices aren't bad for normal admission either and plenty to do for all ages too. Staff always seem friendly and helpful, the Director Abi always seems to be around too which can't be a bad thing for the running of the business. The party today, we had Phoebe and Shanice I think as our hosts, they were fab and really helpful, nothing was too much trouble and the venue catered for guests allergies. Really happy we booked here. Well done team!

If you plan to go to a soft play that is clean and well maintained, this is the one for you. The food is above average quality for a soft play as well, with the pizza especially good. The soft play itself is well maintained and large, with areas for different age children and ample entertainment for kids of any age. It has massive amounts of parking and is good for birthdays. The staff are friendly and work fast, so have never had to wait too long for food. All in all probably my favorite soft play, and with young kids I have visited more than a few!

We visit Jungle Adventure at least once a week. The Annual Pass is an amazing offer and has probably saved me hundreds over the year. Every time we visit we still receive the same amazing service that we got on day 1 in 2019. You can tell the team enjoy their jobs and they are all amazing with the children. Each staff member is always so helpful and we can truly say we have never had a bad experience. You definitely have 5 customers for life here! Well done team.

Went today with my boyfriend, step son & niece ages 5 & 10. We had a lovely time, kids loved the play area and my niece loved the football court and we loved the coffee win win!! Staff had been constantly cleaning everywhere, even the toilets when we went into use. It was busy as you'd expect for a Saturday afternoon in winter but not too busy and over crowded it all seemed well under control and safe for the little ones. I'm really impressed as we have visited a lot of play centres but me and my boyfriend will happily travel 40 mins to visit here again. Great job guys! :)

I came into Jungle Adventure for the first time today with my niece and nephew. The staff were absolutely terrific and I cannot commend them highly enough on the level of cleanliness. It is very rare a child comes in with white socks and leaves with them still remaining white. My niece thoroughly enjoyed meeting chase from paw patrol and even dancing with him. We will definitely be visiting again

Best indoor play in Colchester ! Cleanliness is always on point, food is all healthy options and coffee is high end and tasty today was fun packed with lots of characters and dancing & games in particular there was a young lady that worked there tall and slim with glasses I didn’t catch her name but she went above and beyond to accommodate so many of us eg rearranging chairs and tables , making sure we new about all the offers on food platters so we had the best value for money kids cannot wait to come back. Thank you

One of the best laid out Soft plays I've every been to. Easy to move around the obstacles but varied and fun with different bits and levels wherever you look . Added extra fun with the trampoline, soft ball canons and football part . Unlimited coffee for £6.95 a great deal to keep the adults fuelled and happy . I would definitely recommend a trip here and will most certainly return :)

I'd been to Jungle Adventure around 2-3 times before deciding to book it as a venue for our 4-year-old's birthday party, and I'm so glad we did. As several others have remarked here already, it's probably the cleanest soft play centre we go to and there are a variety of activities for the kids. I love the different sections but my 3 little ones really enjoy the trampoline and also the bit where they can kick/throw the soft balls. Staff are super friendly and welcoming, unlike other centres we regularly go to. I'd recommend it without hesitation to anyone else. Our three children are 4 and 2 (identical twins), for reference.

First time visiting and I wish I had never bothered to "go" to the other soft play in Colchester. This one outdoes them in so many ways. There are sections that aren't restricted to age but suggested to ages. There's a 0-2 area (that one was restricted) a 0-4 suggested and a 4-9 (please don't quote me !) But either way my 19 month old got to try each of these 3 out. These are just the side areas in addition to the main event soft play area for the older kids. It wasn't busy, or cramped. The food menu was fantastic. The staff were really nice too which also added to the experience. I can't fault it, and this is coming from a mum with pretty bad social anxiety so you can imagine soft plays are one of my fave places to visit... Completely outdid my expectations - worth every penny and I don't say that often. Thanks Jungle Adventure. We shall be back!

We came here for the first time and did the Santa's grotto experience. I have to say it was THE BEST Santa, Elf and Reindeer we've visited. The only one my son's felt comfortable talking too. The lady elf was so lovely as well! All the staff where lovely and the soft play is a good size! Thank you for making it such a lovely day. We can't wait to come back. Also the manager Abi was so helpful! What a lovely place
